Greystone Studio is an open-plan loft attached to a quiet residential home in breezy Blouberg. The studio is upstairs, separate from the main house, offering safety and privacy. It is ideal for couples or single travellers (regret, no children). Kitesurfers can take advantage of the Blouberg wind, and with a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi, it is well suited to business travellers.

We are only four minutes' drive from Blouberg beach, which allows easy access without the noise or crowds.

The space
Greystone Studio is a light and bright open-plan loft-style space with a Juliet balcony.

The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed with a pillow-top mattress. The bathroom is en suite and has a walk-in shower.

There is a dedicated desk and office chair for ease of remote working.

The full kitchen has everything needed for self-catering, including a Nespresso machine, fridge, utensils, cutlery, crockery, glassware, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The lounge area is furnished with a couch and a TV with Netflix, and uncapped Wi-Fi is available.

A quick drive or a leisurely walk takes you to the beachfront, where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. We are also close to an array of restaurants, shopping malls and hospitals.

The neighbourhood
The City Centre and Waterfront, the Century City area and the Durbanville wine route are each about a 25-minute drive away, which makes the studio very accessible for a range of activities.

The studio suits a productive business trip, a safe girls' getaway, a peaceful couple's retreat or a kitesurfing holiday taking advantage of the Blouberg wind, all in this quiet, lovely neighbourhood.

Guest access
The studio is attached to the main house but is reached separately by a staircase, which ensures privacy and easy access. There is also space to store sporting equipment, such as kitesurfing gear and bicycles.
